Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a clear and enjoyable experience for all guests. By using this website or booking a tour or transfer, you agree to the terms set out below.

Please also refer to the FAQ section, which contains important practical information about my services. Together with these Terms & Conditions and your confirmed booking details, it forms part of the agreement between you and She Tours You.

Bookings & Payments

All tours and private transfers are subject to prior booking, availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once required payment has been received. Additional services requested after confirmation may incur additional charges. Guests are kindly asked to provide complete and accurate booking information. She Tours You cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or omitted information.

Prices

All prices are per tour (up to 3 passengers), quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to review and adjust prices from time to time in response to changes in operating costs, economic conditions or other relevant factors. Any price adjustments apply only to future bookings and will never affect services already confirmed.

Changes & Cancellations

Should you need to modify or cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that I need to modify, postpone or cancel a tour or transfer due to severe weather, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, unexpected monument or attraction closures, vehicle breakdown, illness or any other circumstance beyond my reasonable control, I'll inform you as soon as possible.

Whenever feasible, an alternative date, revised itinerary or another suitable solution will be offered. If this is not possible, any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

Itineraries

Every experience is thoughtfully planned while allowing flexibility whenever reasonably possible. Minor adjustments may occasionally be necessary due to operational requirements, weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, always with the aim of ensuring the best possible experience.

Waiting Times

Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the agreed pick-up location on time. If you anticipate a delay, please contact me as soon as possible. While I'll always do my best to accommodate reasonable delays whenever operationally possible, significant delays may require itinerary adjustments, reduce the duration of the experience or result in additional charges. Airport pick-ups include complimentary flight monitoring whenever flight details have been provided.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for arriving at the agreed pick-up location on time. To ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, smoking, vaping and the consumption of outside food or alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the vehicle. Guests are kindly asked to treat the vehicle, equipment, visited locations and local communities with care and respect throughout the experience. Any intentional damage to the vehicle or its equipment may result in the cost of repair or replacement being charged accordingly.

Photography & Video

During tours, I may occasionally capture photographs or short video clips to share the spirit of the She Tours You experience on the website and social media. If you wish not to appear in any photographs or videos, simply let me know before your tour begins. Your privacy will always be fully respected.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide the highest standard of service, I cannot be held responsible for delays, changes or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including unexpected traffic conditions, road closures, severe weather, strikes or operational restrictions affecting third-party suppliers or attractions.

Privacy

Personal information is collected solely for booking, communication and operational purposes and is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or my services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.

My goal is always to offer a relaxed, seamless and memorable experience. These Terms & Conditions are simply intended to provide clarity and ensure that every journey runs as smoothly as possible.
